It seems that Motorola have slipped on the release of the MotoRIZR Z8 handset and put it's availability date back to May. Unconfirmed reports indicate the middle of the month for shipments, meaning the phone should be in stores by the last week of May. |

 UPDATED: The wait is finally over! This morning, Motorola officially announced the MotoRIZR Z8 smartphone, running UIQ 3.1 and Symbian OS 9.2. The device, which features a 2MP camera, QVGA screen, 3G, HSDPA and Sky T.V. access is the long awaited "Sendo X3" phone which has been in development by the ex-Sendo R&D team, since the collapse of Sendo 2 years ago.

Today Nokia announced their N73 smartphone - a 3G candy bar design, featuring Series 60 version 3, a 3MP camera, 3G and undoubtedly the now standard Nokia music players... does it remind anyone of a Sendo product which didn't quite make it to market? |
